The requirements driving this design were clear: Lightweight Easy to install and remove from the aircraft No interference with bottom sensors No interference with battery locking tabs Simple printing and assembly These features made it essential to use 1.75 PLA material, which required only a small amount of domestic "superglue" for straightforward assembly. As an amateur in 3D Cad design, I had to start from scratch but am satisfied with the final product. Some aspects could be refined further. The initial flight was successful; it didn't affect the aircraft's performance or its sensors.
