DJI Mavic Air Phone Remote Controller Stand/Mount for iPhone 8 Plus with UAG Pathfinder Case

I swiftly crafted this Mavic Air controller stand / mount specifically for my iPhone 8 Plus with UAG Pathfinder case because its size wouldn't fit snugly into the controller grip. I also didn't want to fly the drone while looking down at the controller, so I designed an extension arm to hold it higher above hand level. The base is uniquely engineered to feature a slight notch in the grip area, ensuring a secure hold on both the grip and base. You can see this design element in the accompanying pictures. It also includes a lanyard slot for added convenience. This system utilizes GoPro knob screws; however, if you don't have these, you can easily substitute them with M5 screws and nuts. The base requires four M3 x 12 (or 10-11) screws to secure it in place. If your phone differs from mine, you can quickly modify the size of the phone holder by using the included Fusion 360 file (.f3d). Simply adjust the dimensions as needed, and you'll have a customized holder that fits your device perfectly. The STL files are pre-orientated for optimal durability during printing.
