I don't know this fact but I'm assuming it DOES NOT WORK UPSIDE DOWN. Made this with flexible materials in mind such that the battery holder won't pull hair. This is a VERY tight fit around the battery. You have to press it on and kind of a pain to take off. Remix it if you want. This was just my quick fix
