DJI FPV Camera Pan-Tilt

<p>Please enjoy my pan-tilt mechanism for the DJI FPV system.</p><p>Henge MD260 Servo for pan and Turnigy TGY-1440A for tilt.</p><p>The screws used are M2 x 8 with some thread lock to allow for a fit that swivels easily.</p><p>I print in PETG with .2mm layer for base and upper body. .15mm or smaller for control arm.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Assembly:</p><p>Center both servos using tester or preferred method.</p><p>Fit Henge pan servo into base and secure. I used UHU Por as it allows me to remove later as needed.</p><p>Place the cross shaped servo arm into the upper body (glue if preferred). Place upper body onto base and screw servo arm onto Henge pan servo.&nbsp;</p><p>Insert tilt servo without servo arm into horizontal slot and secure with small servo screws.</p><p>Screw printed control arm onto right side of camera with top hole only. Use low strength thread lock to secure screw.</p><p>Align camera's lower mounting holes with holes on the upper boddy camera mount. Insert M2x8 screw through control arm and Upper Body and secure into lower camera mount. Use screw provided with camera on opposite side (through upper body into lower camera mount). Apply thread lock to both screws and do not over tighten. Camera should tilt freely.&nbsp;</p><p>Use push rod wire to create the linkage between tilt servo and control arm. linkage should be approximately 28mm long.</p><p>Attach linkage to control arm and then the free servo arm. Center camera on tilt axis and push servo arm on to the servo and secure with included screw.</p><p>Linkage may interfere with base when fully tilted up and panning to the sides, please take care and set limits appropriately. Future update may account for this interference.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
