This is plastic back replacement for dji fpv camera if you don't own original dji cable with integrated back plate. I had to replace caddx nebula which died after 3 flights .. so i've ordered dji fpv camera as repalcement, but it doesn't come with back plate .. here is a back plate that has cutout for caddx cable.
