I recently observed individuals modifying their DJI FPV goggles by cutting the buckle to accommodate an alternative head strap, which inspired me to create my own custom solution without any alterations. My design is still in development stages, but I've successfully tested the prototype and it fits snugly. Moreover, it can withstand a significant amount of tension without showing any signs of wear or strain. To ensure the durability of this custom head strap, I recommend printing it at a layer thickness of 0.1mm and using an infill density of 99%.
