While Xander779's arm replica is an impressive facsimile, the substantial curved cutout atop the arm poses a significant printing obstacle. I've consistently struggled to achieve a smooth finish on prints with support material, and this model was no exception. To overcome this challenge, I modified the design by excising the scooped-out cutout from the top of the arm. This alteration diminishes the arm's sleek appearance, rendering it somewhat clunky and less refined. However, it effectively eliminates the need for middle-of-arm support material. In addition to this modification, I expanded the slot between the two central pillars on the arm, allowing an ESC servo wire to be neatly routed through. Furthermore, I applied a 15mm radius fillet to the leg, thereby enhancing its overall stiffness.
