DJI Digital FPV Goggles Air Unit support and Pan-Tilt

This is a part of a complementary set for DJI Digital Air Unit. It uses the famous Pan-Tilt design from Mark Qvale, available at www.itsqv.com/QVM/index.php?title=Lightweight_Pan_and_Tilt (printed gear) or this one http://www.itsqv.com/QVM/index.php?title=390_Degree_Geared_Pan_and_Tilt (buy gear). The kit consists of: - Pan-Tilt with base plate and tiny box - DJI Air unit support to screw on a glued part for easy swapping of the DJI Air Unit - Antenna with an angle support allowing some degrees of freedom (8 degrees +/- 5, according to printer accuracy) - A tiny resistor support to glue underneath the servo for two 1.5Kohm resistors to increase servo travel if needed My servo model is a digital TGY-211DMH, which are blue bird servos. It's crucial to have the right servo or adjust the distance between the hole and the servo rotation axis. I've attached the STEP and Fusion360 files for adaptation. Screws used are M3 for gear axes (refer to Mark Qvale's documentation at the link above). For the Air Unit, four screws are M2 20mm long. Some people asked why there are three parts for the air unit; two parts spaced below the air unit allow for airflow cooling of the air unit. All prints were done with a Prusa MK2.5 or MK3 at 0.30mm layer thickness except for the gear, which was printed at 0.20 'quality setting'. All prints are made from PETG. I highly recommend using the same material as some parts can be thin. Some photos of this project are available on a French forum here http://www.france-fpv.fr/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=1310&start=20. I designed this for an Ranger 1600 plane and made multiple iterations before achieving something that's not perfect but sufficient to fly! Happy printing, and thank you Mark Qvale for the Pan-Tilt mechanism!
