DJI CrystalSky Monitor Mounting Bracket
thingiverse
This is a mounting bracket designed specifically for the DJI CrystalSky display. Originally created to serve this console, it has potential applications in various other mounting situations as well. The Fusion360 files are available on github. To complete the mount, you will need two M5 screws to secure the display in place. I have included printable thumbscrew heads, one designed for a hex screw and another for a cylinderhead screw. If using a cylinderhead screw, file down its head to create two parallel flats, preventing it from rotating within the plastic part. The optimal width for this modification is 5.5mm. The bracket features recesses for rubber pads, which can be printed with TPU or cut from 1mm rubber sheet as I did. For mounting the bracket to the console, you will require only 2-3 M3 screws. Two versions of the bracket are included in the download: one with standard walls and another with thinner walls. Both are designed to be strong enough for use; however, the version with thinner walls is optimized for printing with a 0.4mm nozzle at least four walls/shells.
