I have had problems with Caddx Vista and Runcam Link installs that would overheat due to not enough air vented in or sitting idle too long. This would send the DJI goggles into low power mode, which drastically reduced the range. This cooling fan mount has proven to solve that problem for me. I have included two versions of the mount. The TOP and BASE files are for FDM printing and can be glued together after printing(no support needed). The FULL file is for use on an SLS Resin printer and can be printed in one piece(support needed). The Runcam or CAddX air module just slides right in and is held in by four 2mm socket or button head bolts that screw in from the bottom and line up with the holes in the air module. They can be any length, as long as they protrude out past the mount to secure the air module in place. Attach the 30mm cooling fan onto the top with four 3mm x 16mm socket or button head bolts. The mount was made with wiggle room vertically to get the air module in easily. If you use the recommended cooling fans,16mm long 3mm cooling fan bolts will snug the air module down nicely onto the mount. The holes are sized so that they should self tap when you start screwing the bolts in. I connected my cooling fan to the input power leads on the Air Module, which gets power directly from the power leads on the ESC. In my case, I have a 3S 11.1 volt battery, so I use the 12v rated cooling fan. Make sure the cooling fan is rated to handle the voltage that you are using. These are the fans that I used: https://www.amazon.com/Brushless-Terminal-Extruder-Heatsinks-Transparent/dp/B08DF5P8L1?pd_rd_w=NPYPZ&content-id=amzn1.sym.94349326-ca8a-4b0d-94f0-6931485b8573&pf_rd_p=94349326-ca8a-4b0d-94f0-6931485b8573&pf_rd_r=SPVQN7XEA0619RVDYJ88&pd_rd_wg=iSZMH&pd_rd_r=921dded3-2b6c-4472-833f-4b60509528cd&pd_rd_i=B08DF5P8L1&psc=1&ref_=pd_bap_m_rp_46_sc https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09KG58HYW?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details I used this thing as a starting point for basic dimensions and spacing: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4248712 and I used this thing to line up the usb port position, since both of my Vistas were in planes at the time I finalized the design and I didn't want to dig them out: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4341668 Hope you get some use out of it. Enjoy.
