DJI Air Unit Mount for Reptile Dragon v2
thingiverse
I re-arranged this DJI Air Unit mount to take advantage of the mounting holes on top of the Reptile Dragon v2. My retainer stap mounts look a little messy because I sunk brass knurled knobs into the holes using a soldering iron and touched the plastic. It prints cleanly though and bolts right up to the Reptile Dragon v2 pre-installed nuts on the canopy cover. The canopy is reinforced with wood too, so this is a very clean and easily removeable solution for the Dragon v2. UPDATE: After working with the first version, I made a few modifications. I created some space between the Camera bracket and the transmitter to allow the transmitter to slide in without the antennas. You can now put the transmitter in its place, then drop the antennas in parallel with the TX, then rotate them to vertical. Slide the TX aft, and use a small screw driver from the backside of the antenna brace to seat the antenna. Repeat for the 2nd antenna. I did this because I didn't like the pressure placed on the antenna connectors while inserting/removing the TX from mount.
