i take no credit for this its 100% dizave design the only thing i did was open it in tinkercad and make it longer so it will work with the master lock 411 loto instead of a 410 thats why i used all of his description and every thing is the same it just works with the 411 that was easier for me to find locally thanks dizave My second attempt at a 410 lock body. I wanted it to be as small as possible and not to require any hardware. This one prints in four pieces: two bolts, a main body, and a cap that is held on by the bolts. The bolt on the bible side is a bit shorter. At least on my printer, the threads on the bible side, which don't form a complete circle due to the cutout for the bible, don't print very well. But they seem to work just fine. I was able to print this with no supports, and nothing functional needs them. Just print them in the orientation from the STL file. However, once I added the decorative keyway, I found it printed a little cleaner if I added supports just for that feature. You could also get rid of that in the OpenSCAD but personally I like to be able to see inside the lock and think the keyway looks nice. There's also an option in the OpenSCAD to print a chunkier body that probably works better in a vice. I've intentionally left the shackle holes pretty tight. On my printer I got a tiny bit of elephant foot on them on some of the prints and couldn't insert the shackle. If this happens, you can hit the first centimeter or so of those holes with a 1/4" drill and it should be perfect. To assemble the lock, insert the shackle as far as it will go into the shackle holes. Drop in the bearings and use a pick (or whatever, but let's be honest, you'll use a pick) to push them into the bearing races. Then drop in the cam and rotate it to the locked position. Insert the core, also in the locked position. Fasten the cap to the body with the two bolts (the shorter bolt goes on the side with the bible).
