DIY Weather Station

DIY Weather Station

thingiverse

After experimenting with a few snippets of Arduino code for the ESP8266, I've finally got a concrete project that I'm eager to tackle with this versatile chip. My goal is to build a weather station that goes beyond simply measuring and displaying data like a traditional weather station - I want it to be more like a DIY Netatmo, with the added benefit of sharing its findings via a mobile website. For more information about the project and recent updates, please visit my website at http://lazyzero.de/en/elektronik/esp8266/diy_weather/. Here are the print settings I used for this project: Printer: Mini Fabrikator V1.5 Rafts: No supports were required. Supports: Not necessary in this case. Resolution: A precise 0.2mm was achieved. Infill: The print had a solid 20% infill. Notes: This model was printed with PLA at a temperature of 210°C and a speed of 20mm/s.
