This DIY videolaryngoscope was born from the innovative ideas showcased on www.airangelblade.org. To make it more practical, several adjustments were made to simplify printing and cleaning processes. Important Disclaimer: A homemade videolaryngoscope is not a medical device! It has not been tested according to any regulatory standards (BfArM/MPG, FDA, ANVISA, etc.) and should therefore only be used for training and educational purposes. Its application is also limited to emergency situations in underdeveloped areas or crisis zones. Using it on patients could lead to serious harm and even life-threatening complications. 3D Printing Specifications: For optimal results, use a layer height of 0.2 mm, a nozzle size of 0.4 mm, and an infill density of 100%. The recommended material is PA (nylon), as the printed part becomes dishwasher-safe and extremely strong. However, PLA also delivers excellent results, except for its temperature sensitivity issues.
