I've been searching for DIY ventilators for a few hours and was surprised by the lack of simple designs that can easily be assembled by anyone. I decided to put together a quick open source design that anyone can assemble and try out. This hasn't been tried yet, so it will require a lot of help testing to see if this could even work. The tough part would be accessing a laser cutter and purchasing the motor hardware.
