DIY Ventilation for 3D Printer Enclosure

DIY Ventilation for 3D Printer Enclosure

I set about building an extraction fan for my 3D printer enclosure as I do a lot of 3D printing and prototyping on my Voron 0.1 that sits next to me and it gets a bit stinky sometimes.Did a YouTube video about this and these are the files for the final build.  The Window Mount 100mm part is attached to a window blank wooden panel. There's also a wall outlet mount for the 100mm ducting as I later vented out through a wall in a different room. The Outlet Diffuser is glued with epoxy to the Fan case.M2 x 8mm self tapping screws are used to attach the  Fan Case to the Tophat panel, and the Diffuser 100mm Conn to the Diffuser.Tip:  Attach the Diffuser 100mm Conn to the Diffuser before gluing to the Fan Case, otherwise its more tricky to screw the M2 screws in.I printed in PETG with 0.2mm layer height and no supports.
