08/29/2019 Added a lid with a square opening. --------------- 08/27/2019 Two slightly lower enclosures (v2) were added, one of which had an open back. The description for the matching clock states: Size: Approximately 5.6 x 5.2 x 1.6 cm / 2.20 x 2.05 x 0.63 inches --------------------- This is my first DIY clock and it should get a casing that at least keeps dust out. The clock mechanism is one of the cheapest DIY models from eBay. The lid is only tightly screwed on, and the clock mechanism sits exactly as tight so that you can still remove it with a piece of wire.
