DIY TrackIR

This is a simple, yet versatile TrackIR mount for DIY projects. I couldn't find a trackIR mount I liked, so I decided to make my own. There should be enough space inside to accommodate all the electronics (Cables and resistances) needed for the project. The mount counts with three fixing points which use m3 nuts and screws, so you can open the mount whenever you need to replace burnt LEDS or whatsoever. It should fit a nice range of headphones, mine were quite thin and wide, so the mounts I found didn't fit very well. For the manual adjustable fix, I used one of the hundreds of m3 thumbscrews available here. This model has been designed to fit 5mm LEDS, but 3mm could be used as well, there is a small flat surface below the LED position should you need to glue the led to keep them in position until you close the mount or while you put the cables in position. If you are using normal IR LEDS for your project, I would suggest cutting them flat, you'll get a much better reception from the camera. Please do not sell this product... I deleted a lot of designs in the past, I really don't like finding them in ebay. If you want to sell on ebay, just model your own please.
