Modeled in Fusion 360. In the files I've included a design for 0.5mm (0.8mm ⌀), 1mm (1.4mm ⌀), and 2mm (2.25mm ⌀) optic fiber - the extra hole diameter accounts for FDM printers outer perimeters tolerances. Cura setting "Outer Wall Inset" used 0.06 Requires a fairly well tuned printer. Over a 2 metre (6 feet) length of PMMA (acrylic fiber) this Toslink connector works between a TV/DVD and Stereo system. This is indoors, with bare acrylic fiber, so perhaps outside stray light on the wire may cause connection errors. finding a way to encase the optic fiber is up to you, mine works bare. YMMV
