So when you build this thing everything goes smoothly until you get to that arc of LEDs, then frustration takes over. No problem, just print a spacer, wrap a ruler with tape in reverse (sticky out), stick it to the table, tape the spacer to the arc PCB, attach the LEDs to the sticky edge of the ruler, push the arc up to the LED and secure it with tape, you now have two hands free to solder them on. I had an issue with the pads on the board not being at the edge, if I'd thought about it earlier I would've ground down the edge until they were flush.
