This mixture is melted on an electric cooker (at a temperature of approx 120-140°C) and while still soft, poured into the fuel moulds and a metal rod/screwdriver is used to create a central channel of approx 8-10mm diameter. The nozzle and cap are secured with 4 M5 screws. The engine has been successfully tested more than 30 times and no damage has occurred.
