I used a spring pin as the hinge. I had one laying around that measured 4.18mm in diameter and 38mm in length. It was a snug fit and I had to force it in. https://www.homedepot.com/b/Hardware-Fasteners-Pins-Rings-Clips/Specialty-Fastener/Tension-Pin/N-5yc1vZc2d3Z1z0u5fyZ1z0ztfd For strength, increase the layers to the maximum. I think I did about 20 top/bottom and 20 outside layers. infill to 100% . Note there should be limited area left for infill if you've maxed out the layers. I printed using PETG 240C. No supports. 0.3mm layer height as the finish was acceptable. I had an issue printing the Anchor when I maxed out the layers; the first layer was fragmented . I changed my slicer (Simplify3d) to print the Anchor with the outside layers first ,then work inwards and this solved the problem. For the Handle I don't think it matters. I've included the Step file for those who wish to tweak the design to suit their application.
