https://youtu.be/wiTTOboKEB4 I designed the components to assemble a 300VA isolation transformer using a toroidal transformer, two circuit breakers, a socket and a digital panel meter for voltage and current. The isolation transformer is designed to be easily portable and is fitted with a handle. The isolating transformer is used to isolate electrical circuits during oscilloscope measurement, repair, fault finding, but it is also a safety feature that protects human life and health from contact with live parts of electrical circuits. You'll need: 100 mm DIN Rail 1 pc Circuit Breaker 2A/D, I used ABB 2CDS251001R0021 1 pc Circuit Breaker 2A/C, I used ABB 2CDS251001R0024 1 pc DIN Rail electric socket, I used ABB 2CSM110000R0711 1 pc Toroidal transformer 300VA up to diameter Ø: 120 mm, I used TALEMA 58-0300-230-S, 230VAC; 230V/230V; 1,3A; 2,5kg; Ø: 117mm 1 pc Universal electric case 135 x 170 x 176 mm, I used EPN 2714-00 1 pc Volt/Amper meter or Volt meter digital module from China 8 pcs Wood screws with round head 3.5 x 22 4 pcs Wood screws with round head 2.9 x 16 All the 3D printed models needed for assembly are available for download, including three drilling and cutting templates, for ease of production.
