Mill out these parts, assemble them together. Completed. It's designed for a LED panel from "Schnick Schnack Systems" but you can install your own panel and control it via a funkmodule. To the left, mount a "Notebook sPower Plug". On the right side, attach the led controller. You'll need 3x fans and a few "neutrik" connectors; check the exact ones in the 3D model treeumg. The part between the "oreo" is a plastic PVC Part - measure its contour length in the model, cut it, and place it inside as a distance maker, which you can personalize to your height. You can purchase the white sack on sites like this: http://www.skydancer24.de/ (just Google "aircone sack"). Watch a video of the milling process here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aPt4vOa7VFY Paint the cutting edges to prevent humidity from entering the plates. If your aircone is placed outdoors and gets blown down by a windblast, attach a foam on top over the fans to prevent the air from being pushed back outside. Have fun rebuilding. P.s. an aircone like this costs around 300 €! Visit my blog for more projects at: www.cncprint.blogspot.com
