Here's what I need to build: Lab ATX PSU from my old PC power supply model TAKE ME 350 (350 W). Part list: - PSU - 8A Voltage Regulator: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/M401-DC-DC-buck-module-XL4016E1-high-power-DC-voltage-regulator-8A-with-voltage-regulator/32797957068.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.2e014c4d0qaGL0 - Display: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/0-56inch-Mini-Digital-Voltmeter-Ammeter-DC-100V-10A-Voltmeter-Current-Meter-Tester-Blue-Red-Dual/32855521769.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.2e014c4d0qaGL0 - Banana socket: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/10pcs-4mm-Red-Black-Banana-Socket-Nickel-Plated-Binding-Post-Nut-Banana-Plug-Jack-Connector-Suitable/32828711531.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.2e014c4d0qaGL0 - Toggle switch: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Miniature-On-Off-Small-SPST-Toggle-Switch-Heavy-Duty-with-Waterproof-Cover-12V-6-A-250/32841686932.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.2e014c4d0qaGL0 - 5W 5 Ohm resistor - 5 mm Green and Red LED - Two resistors for LEDs - Dual USB socket - 2x 15mm M3 flat head screws This PSU has three fixed voltage outputs with DC 3,3V, 5V, and 12V. It also features dual USB with 5V and Variable Voltage output with V and A display. To power on the PSU, I used an original switch on the back of the PSU (red LED ON) and to start the outputs, I used a toggle switch (green LED). I printed the panels using black Spectrum PETg with three perimeters. In one millimeter thickness, it's enough to get a solid body. You can use two options for the body: full cover or short. I also created a variation of the front panel.
