Read before printing... I made a DIY Power Bank using laptop batteries, and this project is incredibly straightforward. I housed twelve...18650 Li-on batteries in it, which I wired together in parallel to create a seamless circuit. Below is the link for the circuit board I used; be sure to read the notes that follow. Overall measurements are...146.5 x 90 x 44.20 Circuit Board... https://www.ebay.com/itm/Dual-USB-5V-1A-2-1A-Mobile-Power-Bank-18650-Battery-Charger-PCB-Module-Board/332526402529?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649 Printing... Make sure the parts are oriented correctly when you download them; print the lid on top and the box on the bottom. Print the pin vertically, with the bigger side at the bottom. I printed the main box at 20% infill and the screw holes and a little of the surrounding area were printed at 100% to add some extra strength to the screws. Post Printing... Keep in mind that printers can vary, so openings may not be exactly the same. In my uploaded pictures, I noted in blue where I had to sand a little to get the fit just right. The screw holes are pretty small, so I drilled mine out to fit the screws I have on hand. Assembly... Before final assembly, make sure all parts fit together properly. The pin is actually an extension made for the power button on the board; you may need to sand down the bigger part of the pin to get a little play and avoid any binding issues. Insert the pin into the hole from the inside, then install your circuit board. I attached USB cables to mine to keep it in place and hot glued it there. Suggestion: solder wires to the board before gluing it into place. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me; have a great day! Update...05/05/2019 I added two new .stl files; the update is that the box now has beveled edges instead of square edges if you want that.
