Very very simple arch to create a polytunnel for seedlings using recycled egg cartons and cling film: 1. Cut egg carton in half, flip the top (non-egg-holding) half over, and cover with a layer of cling film. This should give you a waterproof cover between the two layers. 2. Put the bottom half of the egg carton in to the top half, fill the egg holes with soil, and fold any excess cling film over the sides. Add seeds as desired. Write the name of the seeds on both sides of the egg carton (and the ends, if you want to make sure). 3. Add in printed arches as desired; I use one at each end and one in the middle. Arch should slot in just inside the egg carton with a small amount of flex to keep it in place. 4. When seedlings are ready to be transplanted, cut out each square of egg carton and plant. Excess cardboard can be trimmed off but the roots have no problem growing through the cardboard.
