DIY Polishing Station Modified Parts
thingiverse
Extra and modified parts for my DIY Polishing Station build. I based my version on the Decor 12.5L Tellfresh Super Storer. During my original build, I discovered a difference in my humidifier and corrupted STL files for the cover. I remodeled to fit mine; many may have similar variations. I had smaller pogo pins, so I reworked the mounting system to accommodate them. The holes are undersized; you'll need to ream them slightly to slide the pins in. This remix features a large base for the Decor container and electronics housing. It also includes a new LCD display enclosure. The base is substantial, requiring a 300x300 printer to complete. I used threaded inserts and stand-offs to mount my electronics. Inserting the encoder wheel into its housing was tricky; I rotated it into place and encountered varying results with different encoders.
