DIY Personal Office Desk Cooler (Peltier)

<p><strong>Stay cool during a hot day!</strong><br/> This is DIY small personal office desk cooler. I needed a cooler for my office as my pc is heating the room very fast and I did not wanted to buy a big expensive A/C.
