I use this https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B088ZN9X4R 25mm (x45mm) Heavy Mounting Stands (at least three of them) to solder my small breakout PCBs. The plate (Klemmplatte) has to be printed twice and I use one of the silicone rings in between to get minimal spacing. The hole is for a M3 screw (best PA) to syncronize both halfs - could be cut with a cutter. The knob (Knopf) has a "shrinkfit" - so put some glue on the screw and press in as long as it is "hot" from the printer ;-)
