Made this to house 3 IR Led's in the default opentrack dimentions. Inside the clip there is space to run wireing. Powering the LED's of a regular USB cable using 5V and a resistor. For the mounting on the headset i've used a aluminium strip 20x3mm cut to length with a hole in it. and for attaching to the headset used a paper holding clip. 3d model is far from perfect but works so feel free to use.
