A clock projector can display the time on a ceiling at night. There are many commercial alarm clocks with built-in clock projectors available, but I thought it would be enjoyable to build one myself. In addition, this project provided an excellent opportunity to become familiar with designing cases that can be 3D printed and learning about designing tolerances.
