Creating a Stronger Motor Coupling System We're adding holes to the sliding wedge for improved functionality. A gear with an M8 nut ensures a more robust coupling system. The stand now features an extended hole for increased versatility. You can build your own motor or drill holder to customize your setup. Minimum printed parts are required, including: - The stand: drill_base_smuk.stl - The host: fixed_slide.stl - The gear rack: rack_gear_mod.stl - The sliding wedge: sliding_wedge_rack_mod.stl (printed horizontally) You'll also need holders for your motor. Required parts include a BOM: - 1x M8 x 100 threaded rod or equivalent part - 2x M8 x 80 rods - 7x M8 nuts - 1x M8 wingnut (optional, can be printed) - 5x M8 washers (can be printed) - 4x M3 x 10 screws - 2x M3 x 20 screws - 8x M3 washers - 6x M3 nuts Additional components are needed to complete the motor and drill bit holder. These include wires, a PSU, and a switch.
