### DIY Mechanical Keyboard | Arke This is My Fully DIY Mechanical Keyboard Project, Code Named: Arke. In this Series I will Design and Make a Keyboard from the Ground Up. The Layout is Based on the Iris Keyboard by Lewis Ridden (/u/GAMING_FACE). Since Iris is a Greek God, I Chose Arke for My Version. Iris Layout: http://bit.ly/2Kg2ira ### Some Notes: - The Base Plate is Made to be Milled from a 1.5mm Plate but Could Also Be Printed (Not Recommended). - The Main Case Was Originally Designed for Threaded Brass Inserts, But There Is Also a Version for Straight Taping into the Plastic. - The Magnets Are Glued in Place. - For the Wiring Have a Look at the Video (As Soon as It is Online). Everything is Modeled Using Fusion 360. ### Used Parts: [Kailh White Box Switches](http://bit.ly/2r0AAG3) [White PBT DSA Keycaps](http://bit.ly/2vK5ojQ) [FR4/G10 Plate](http://bit.ly/2vOd057) [M3x6mm Anodized Screws](http://bit.ly/2rr71gS) [8x2mm Magnets](http://bit.ly/2HTEAmo) [Pro Micro](http://bit.ly/2HsbjM0) Diodes: 1N4148 (Affiliate Links) [Update 1] Added the Rest of the Parts.
