Hey! I was fed up with my heatbed's sticky tape, so I started searching for a decent piece of glass or a magnetic buildplate. But living in a small town made it tough to get what I needed - I'd have to order it online. So, I headed to my local hardware store and picked up a roll of 2-meter magnetic tape (€5,-) and an oven tray (€5,-). Back home, I stuck the tape down, cut the tray to size, and got it stuck on. One issue popped up, though - I needed to glue in a piece above the Z-end stop to make room for the bed. To ensure everything stuck nicely to the bed, I use 3DLAC, basically hairspray. With a slight bend, the print pops right off! Just print, remove the plate, and pop it off! Put the plate back in place for the next run. Like, share, follow, and enjoy!
