DIY Low Cost FPV Goggles
thingiverse
This is my take on a set of 5" FPV goggles. To start out, you're going to want to check out this monitor from Amazon at http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00EJG7MMU?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00. The body is made up of three parts which are all printed separately and then attached using a strong adhesive called CA. The lens in these goggles gives 3x magnification, courtesy of this fresnel lens also available on Amazon at http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00HHQ0BS6?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00. You'll need to trim it down to size before gluing it in with more CA. One convenient feature of this setup is that the lens holder can be moved away from your eye using a small m3 or m4 bolt, so you don't have to feel crowded when looking through them.
