DIY light box // 95+ CRI LED strip // 3000K - 5800K // 2160lm // 10kHz PWM dimmable I designed these lamps primarily for photogrammetry, as I required abundant light from all sides of the objects I was scanning. I utilized high-quality Chinese LED strips, which produced a pleasant light in the range from 2800 to 5800K and a high-frequency speed controller to eliminate stripes when the lights were dimmed. As a result, the lamps are ideal for any type of photography (mainly portrait) and also suitable for daily use as a desktop lamp, when used with the arms https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3424803 I printed all parts in PLA, since I never exceeded temperatures above 40C and doubted that the parts would ever fail due to heat. Nevertheless, it's probably a good idea to print them from ABS. As your prints are complete, cut the aluminum profile into 250mm long pieces. The LED strip should be cut into 200mm pieces. Attach the strip to the profile, leaving more space between the side of the electronics. Once your prints are ready, assemble everything and solder the strips to the controllers (+ to +, - to -). It's a good idea to test everything before gluing the printed sides to the profiles. Finally, glue the magnets and you're done. Enjoy!
