DIY LASER - BELT BLOCKS

One of the objects that has always been at the top of my wish list was a Laser Engraver. Finally, I got one from GearBest here's the link: 2000mW A5 Mini Laser Engraving Machine. It is a well-made object but the method to secure the GT2 transmission belts to the rails leaves me with doubts about damaging the belt if you tighten it too much by directly acting on the belt surface. So, thanks to my 3D printer, in a snap I created an alternative block that works great. Now the pressure that locks the belt comes from a rounded dent. Yes, I experimented engraving dry biscuits! Here's the link to my Laser videos playlist on YouTube. I was featured on Instructables with my Laser Engraver reference board. More engraving examples can be found in my Flickr Laser Album.
