This design is completely experimental. As you can see in the real life application photo, this design is used as JoyStick Mechanism which can be directly connected with 2 potentiometers. This joystick is designed for challenging the STRATASYS J750's unique capability with its complexity of especially bearing parts. Also 4 different colors are used in the printing part.Use of JoyStick Mechanism:-You can follow the real life apllication photo for assembling the potentiometers.- This design has totally same idea with real life application.-This design can be used for DIY projects which needs to control 2 motors at the same time.-In today almost every DIY project has motors. For manuelly controlling motors we need joystick to manipulate them. Josytsicks costs too much and not customizable. With this design you can change potentiometers. This means you can control not only motors; lights, speakers, etc... Even 2 of them at the same time.-Guide points are placed in the base line to assemble the potentiometers.-Also guide points of set screw are placed for connecting JoyStick Mechanism shafts and potentiometers shafts.-As consedering variety of potentiometers and set screws, only guide points are placed. Not the exact connecting holes. So you can easily custimeze the points with any drill. After Printing Steps:-All support materials are based on SUP706(solvable).-After printing, the supports on any parts except bearings can be removed easily by hand and should be done as a first step.-Removing supports inside of the bearings is 2 steps to complete: 1-After dissolving the supports(SUP706), you need to move the holding part to each way. 2-If everyting goes well, the support parts will fall of from the middle part of the bearing(there is a gap between top part and the middle part of the bearing).Even if it is not goes well in printing phase, at least this design gives some idea about easy and pratical JoyStick Mechanism for implementing this into your projects.Software: SolidWorks 2018Have Great FUN :)
