DIY Humidifier/Fog Machine
thingiverse
DIY Humidifier/Fog Machine using an ultrasonic mist maker for a fountain, a 13.5cm diameter tupperware container, and a 4cm wafer fan from an old PC (Optionally you can also put a cotton pad under the fan as a basic filter). Designed for keeping a terrarium or enclosure humid and foggy. You may want to adjust the height of the vent for your situation, as it should go through the lid to exchange fresh air into the system.Make sure to use a "clean" plastic to print, and use a decently high print temp to get nice welds that don't leak too much. If there are contaminants in the print they can leach into the water and get vaporized, so... Try not to breathe it in or let it get to any pets unless you're absolutely sure your plastic is body-safe and comes from a clean source. Even then... microplastics :/
