This easy-to-make flashlight requires materials found at home. You'll need printed parts, 2 M4x8mm screws, a small paperclip, a tiny light bulb, a spring (from a pen), 2 AA batteries, tape, two 4-inch wires, and tin/aluminum foil, plus super glue for assembly. Follow the instructions below while testing the circuit at each step: 1. Tape two batteries together, poles opposite. 2. Glue a spring to the bottom cap center. 3. Thread a screw through one end of a paperclip. 4. Insert a wire through the bottom side hole and secure it with a screw (not too tight). 5. Repeat on the top side hole for the other screw and wire. 6. Tape one end of the remaining wire to the light bulb. 7. Attach the bulb through the top cap, hiding wires. 8. Glue the top cap to the body. 9. Wrap bottom wire around spring when closing the bottom lid. 10. Wrap foil inside reflector and secure it with tape. 11. Glue reflector onto top cap. 12. To operate, touch paperclip to the screw; remove for off.
