Made completely out of PLA, this incredible project shines bright without the need for transparency, but looks fantastic when lit up. A 20m LED strip provides ample light for an old man's needs, consuming only about 70 Watts while delivering more than enough brightness. Used a custom-cut chairmat as a diffuser, and it really works great. This was my biggest 3D printed project so far, but I'm building another one right now. The best part of this amazing project is that there are no shadows by your head or body since the numerous light sources shine from slightly different angles. It's also pretty cheap: PLA costs around 10€ per kilogram. 20M LED Strip costs about 10€. Power supply costs 10€. Hardware, including bolts, nuts, rope, and more, costs around 10€. Controlled via a Sonoff RF switch/controller for just 10€. To print this incredible project, make sure to print the connector pieces with maximum strength. The main pieces don't need as much infill (20%) or perimeter thickness (2-3). This amazing project was printed with a 0.6mm nozzle in just three days. Watch the video: https://youtu.be/nAzA9VnTd0I
