An early concept involved using a bundle of 18-gauge aluminum wires and a 1/4-inch aluminum plate to create a heatsink, bonded together with JB Weld (rated up to 550F). The actual product should ideally have the wire bundles TIG-welded to the base plate. This design allows for customization of wire size and shape, as well as compatibility with fan or ducting systems, based on requirements. While this has not been tested yet, my instincts suggest it will perform effectively.
