DIY Guitar Pedal Board
prusaprinters

I Decided to see if I could make a relatively compact pedal board without having to spend 100 bucks on a name brand one, and I feel like I reached that goal. Now I'm not saying this is the most rugged piece of gear that will survive gigging, but for the average home guitarist this should work pretty well for you. I've stomped on it for a few weeks now and nothing has broke and I can't really see any stress marks anywhere.

Now onto the build itself. Its Four 500mm 2020 Aluminum extrusions I found them on amazon here. you can go longer or shorter its modular. If you do decided to go longer I'd consider printing another Inner half leg for more support.

The handle is not my design, it's the carry handle meant for the Prusa mini which I found here

The outer Legs are a very snug fit. I tapped mine into place with a mallet. the inner legs are more freely moving so I put a few beads of super glue where they meet the aluminum to make them stay in place.

The top of it is just covered with Velcro if you can find 20MM Velcro it will fit perfectly. I could not find 20mm Velcro so I had to cut 2 inch Velcro down to size.

You can use the provided Gcode if you want them to look exactly like mine. The settings if you'd like to slice them yourselves were

.3MM Layer Height

0 Top/Bottom Shells

10% Honeycomb infill

4 Perimeters

That should be everything if you have any questions feel free to ask. Happy printing!
