DIY Foam Glider Wing Holders
thingiverse
These are some wing holders for scratch-built foam gliders. Made with kids in mind, they allow easy cutting of parts out of foam board and building free-flight gliders and micro RC planes. I wanted to recapture the simplicity of assembling Guillows balsa gliders. These designs work best with .200" foam and come in three versions: an airfoil-shaped version that may require a flat covered bottom, a straight high-wing version, and a straight low-wing version. The design allows you to adjust the CG forward or backward before attaching it to the fuselage. They print easily on either a front or rear face.
