DIY Electric longboard (Battery & electronics enclosure)

This is a custom enclosure I designed for my DIY electric longboard project. It's specifically built to house two Turnigy 3s 5000mah lipos, as well as connectors for the charger and a balance board that converts a 2x3s to 6s voltage configuration, along with a power switch board and switch. Since the model doesn't have pre-drilled holes, I can easily create cutouts and holes where needed later. The design is tailored to fit the curve of my Madrid Weezer 36” longboard perfectly. The enclosure consists of five separate parts that I printed individually on my Wanhao Duplicator i3 V2 at a layer height of 0.3mm, with three perimeters for both the walls and top/bottom. I used PLA material for this print. Next, I used loctite superglue and friction welding to join the parts together securely. The hatch part serves as a lid to the cutout in the main piece where the charger connectors will be located, allowing me to also attach a limo guard if needed. Meanwhile, the pipe part is designed to hold the cables running to the VESC housing.
