I've been tinkering with a DIY drum sander, inspired by a YouTube video (shttps://youtu.be/GgqINdJa9Ww). Instead of making some components from wood as the plans suggested, I opted to print them on my 3D printer. This collection features the "plugs" or discs that fit snugly into Schedule 40 4-inch PVC pipes. I designed them with built-in "drive pin" holes and a securely captured 3/4-inch nut for the drive shaft.
