DIY drill press for a rotary tool (Dremel or similar)

A 3D printed rotary tool holder for drilling small diameter holes. The tool in action: https://youtu.be/3XB6wuhnnF0 The bottom plate is made from two parts glued together: BottomPlateTop.stl and BottomPlateBottom.stl. You also need to print 2 pieces of SlidingFrame.stl, which are glued together to make one sliding frame that holds a rotary tool. This drill press should fit most rotary tools, but I have only tested it with a Skill's rotary tool.
