I had been holding onto this old rotary tool for ages and I was in the process of building Nikodem Bartnik's DIY Dremel CNC. Since I already had one at my disposal, I decided not to purchase a Dremel because it was still functional. So, I designed a custom mount for it. To assemble everything, simply press some LM12UU linear rails into place using a wrench. Next, secure the rotary tool with zip ties and fasten the bottom screw tightly. I've been successfully milling acrylic and wood with this setup and it's worked flawlessly so far.
