I made this guide for my Dewalt Atomic 4.5 inch circular saw. It allows it to snap onto a 1/8" by 3/4" aluminum angle screwed to a 1/2" board, and get nice straight cuts. You drill and tap the base of the saw and screw these on. I Used 12mm M4 machine screws and they did not stick out below the base. Take a lot of care marking the holes. I drilled out the holes on the part to 5mm to allow a little wiggle room to get them aligned nicely before tightening down. I also left the board too wide, and cut off once the guides were on. That way the edge of the board is perfectly lined up with the kerf. The part was specifically designed to be printed with a 1mm nozzle at the tolerances of my printer. I suggest test printing and scaling to get a nice snug fit on the angle while still being able to slide smoothly. It works well for me, and is legitamitly going to replace my cheap table saw. It can still cut through 1 inch material with the added thickness of the board, which is more than enough for my needs.
